Ambassador Dr. Hillary Emoh is the Principal Partner & Consultant at the Leaders without Borders Development Centre, Dubai. For over 15 years he has been involved in hosting or co-hosting International Business Summit/Conferences all over the world in more than 13 countries so far bringing together TOP Business Leaders, CEO’s, Tech giants, Policy Makers, Entrepreneurs whilst creating an opportunity for Global Business Networking platform’s, Trade & Investment opportunities.
FMM: You have spent the past 15 years hosting International Business Summits and Conferences. How has 2020 changed your vision?
I wouldn’t want to say that 2020 changed my vision but rather it impacted positively on my vision and elevated my perception towards things. Of course, we are all still bearing the scars of the pandemic but strangely the Coronavirus pandemic brought about a lot of meanings to life itself. Firstly we all have learned that we can actually do things remotely without being physically present and still get the same results or even better results. So I will say that as unfortunate and terrible as the events of 2020 brought, it also added a lot of value to my vision.
FMM: Tell us about Leaders without Borders Development Centre.
The Leaders without Borders Development Centre was establish in 2014 and is headquartered in Canada with it Country Office’s in Dubai, USA, Ghana, Gabon, India, Nigeria, Tanzania, and United Kingdom. It is a global initiative created to encourage a strong strategic economic and International partnership by promoting trade and investment.
The Leaders without Borders Development Centre is a community-focused on Leadership skills, ethics, social entrepreneurship and capacity development, connecting businesses, and encouraging cross border partnership. The center prides itself with leadership experts, business mentors, professors, and lecturers from reputable university that mentors and train people from all professional sectors of the global economy. It is also a networking center for businesses to connect globally whilst encouraging global partnership and cross border alliances.
LWBDC is known for assembling a robust group of CEO’s, Business Moguls, Technocrats, Boardroom Expect, Public Office Holders, Young Entrepreneurs and professionals to learn, build professional networks, and increase business networks and alliances globally.
FMM: The Leaders Without Borders Annual Business Summit and International Honors is the #1 gathering of high-achieving level professionals from all across the World.

FMM: What are the important initiatives coming up in 2021?
As always the Leaders without Borders Development Centre will continue with its mandate of offering executive masterclass and professional coaching sessions in all sectors. In 2020 during the pandemic, from March – July, we had a series of training sessions were we had leadership expects, TEDx speakers, business facilitators carry out trainings for free. We intend to do same in the last quarter of 2021. Also part of our agenda for 2021 is the hosting of the Leaders without Borders Annual Business Summit and International Honors scheduled to be held on April 21-22nd in Dubai where we will offer networking opportunities to the global economy. We are also looking at investment opportunities for investors and also working with helping some countries in that aspect.
FMM: You have brought together the TOP business leaders, CEO’s, and Entrepreneurs. What are you most proud of?
Well, I will say, the fact that we can connect businesses globally and most importantly helping small business owners, startups to generate income for their businesses is a core strength of the Leaders without Borders Development Centre.
FMM: You are the Co-Founder of The Global Network for Community Upliftment. What inspires you about your work?
First and foremost, before I am a CEO, I am a humanitarian and philanthropist. I consider the happiness of every human being a priority to my existence. As an entrepreneur that has grown in the global economy, I understand how difficult it is to survive in the global market especially with the rising technology. So helping business as always been my core focus.
Also, I strongly believe that once we can empower as many people as possible, we as humans will have fewer crimes in society.
