“The Beast” is a recent creation from the creative mind of renowned chef, restaurateur and four-time James Beard Award winner, Todd English. The spacious, faux flame-enclosed dining room features an abundance of seating and dining options and is located inside AREA15, Las Vegas’ newest, immersive art and entertainment district, located minutes from The Strip. The Beast kitchen will collaborate on menus and prepare dishes for a number AREA15’s experiences including Dueling Axes, Emporium, Five Iron Golf and ongoing events and immersive dining experiences inside the venue. Todd English brings his perfected pizzas to visitors of AREA15, including Caprese, Peking Duck, Smoked Mushroom with camembert, Fig and Prosciutto, Vegan Pizza with Beyond Meat Sausage, Buffalo Cauliflower and more, served at the Belly of the Beast Pizza. Enjoy breakfast for dinner at the Whacky Waffle Bar, serving Waffle Dogs with all natural franks and much more.
FMM: Tell us about “The Beast” at AREA15. Why is this a great location?
AREA15 is an amazing entertainment complex with interactive art experience, it gives you the opportunity to have your own interpretation of what art is. There are so many things to see and activities to enjoy, the entire site is a big draw, especially with Meow Wolf. It’s a lot of fun, we’re able to do artful, playful things with the food and it really echoes the whole AREA15 experience.
FMM: What makes this restaurant unique?
The Beast features a live kitchen, so every table is a chef’s table, every guest is able to sit and watch the action.
FMM: Share a few of the magnificent dishes that are offered.
The Korean corn dogs, Tuna Tartar Space taco, Singapore Street Curry Noodle with Shrimp are a few of my favorites.

The dining experience gives guests a wide array of food options, truly offering something for everyone. Ease into the dungeon-like den by sipping some LaVazza coffee or hitting the Beast bar for a craft cocktail or local brew while taking in the sensory experience. FMM: What is it like working with Corporate Executive Chef Kyle Kingrey?
It’s great, I believe in surrounding myself with super talented people who are much smarter than me – that’s what I get with Kyle.
FMM: What makes you the proudest about this restaurant?
The fun, the elements of shock and surprise with the food, the Instagrammable elements and moments that are always happening. It’s great energy, it’s great fun.
