FMM:   What led you to the entertainment business?

I was a breakdancer when I was a kid and did some Commercials then started auditioning for tv and movies.

FMM: You are known for both comedic and dramatic roles. Do you have a favorite role?

I played Staten Island Mike on the show “Are We There Yet?) I enjoy comedy because you make people laugh and it’s fun.

FMM: Tell us about your recent feature film comedy, “Townhouse Confidential.” What led you to this project?

I was led to this project because one of the producers I worked with before. He reached out and sent me a script. I was intrigued with the movie and role because it was a great story, and my role was a funny part.

FMM:  In 2022, you played Al Capone in the film “Don Q” and the thriller “Return to Danger.” How do you prepare for your roles?

For the Don Q movie, I looked at tapes and pictures of Al Capone I changed my voice. For Return to Danger, I talked with the writer and asked him how he saw the role and then looked at the script and did it how he told me.

FMM: How do you switch gears from comedy to drama? Any advice for Rising Stars?

Comedy is more upbeat and over the top. Drama is more real and gritty. Where can we expect to see you next? I’m shooting a show on the Starz Network called Power Book 3 Raising Kanan where I play Carmine.
