Chief Executive Officer of CATALYST, Inc. Sina Azari is known to challenge the status quo, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means a better understanding of his profession. Azari is an analytical thinker, certified in strategic intervention and development; he’s insightful, seeking ways to redefine and modernize the way clients harness cultural intelligence, develop brand strategy, plan for attention and equip the complexities of digital media, specific to the financial, insurance and real estate industries.

Recognized as a millennial thought leader, Azari has contributed several keynotes, including Gary Vaynerchuk’s Agent 2021, All Mindset’s Disruptive Innovation, GAMA Mexico and LAMP Asia in Taiwan and Philippines.  Azari’s expertise is in applying digital media concepts and outside the box strategies specific to creating narratives that attract prospects and talent yielding national reach and growth.

Since 2003, his passion and focus have been on building teams through recruitment, and development into leadership focused on creating systems to successfully transfer and replicate this process. FMM: You are well-known for challenging the status quo. Share your background. 

I’m a serial entrepreneur and serve as the CEO of CATALYST, the CMO of All Mindset and the Founder of The Millennials Leadership Network.

Venturing into commissioned sales early in my professional career I approached business building  with a focus on relevance and prioritized my strategy on how to most effectively stay “top of mind” among the industries I served.  To do this I continue to apply a “what’s next” strategy in regards to culture, the internet and the application of effective digital media deployment. 

Best known as “CEOaccredited” on social media and the host of the All Mindset Podcast, I have a forward thinking leadership style in business.  Heavily weighted on the importance of team and collaboration, I leverage “business science” and continuously pivot and adapt to prevent slowdown  forecasting shifts, trends and patterns early. This helps myself and my leadership teams better understand how these shifts impact our markets and positions us to be proactive vs reactive. 

FMM: Tell us about All Mindset Media. What sets you apart? 

What sets us apart? I learned early on to never compare yourself with others as that’s the best way to set your bar vs create your own results. All Mindset Media is trailblazers in taking an “unknown”, newer, struggling or “not enough people know me” brand to being at the forefront of their industry, community and prospects. We operate with the highest sense of urgency converting our clients to known leaders and as their industry “go to” professional.  Leveraging tech, specific to digital media, understanding the applications and strength of sonic marketing, sound, combined with video and strategic, engaging deployment of content, we propel entrepreneurs and businesses to get their name, logo, voice and message engraved and penetrate deep in their markets. We take the local agent and business and give them a global presence sourced and indexed on countless channels and platforms. 

FMM: How are you impacting and yielding results to increase ROI for clients?

I ask my clients to answer this simple, but most powerful question when it comes to the future of their business, “Would you rather follow the noise or create your own narrative?”  For those who choose the latter, this is what we do best.  We create strategy and the  best tactics to execute a fully customized brand and marketing blueprint.  We amplify our clients messaging, increase their exposure and drive successful results to a much higher return with us than without. 

FMM: Tell us about Impact Coaching, Social Media Coaching, and AM Coaching.
 
As the All Mindset Podcast continued growing it’s listener base, and recognized as a Top 100 Business podcast multiple times on various platforms our requests for guest interviews also grew.  Knowing we wouldn’t be able to accommodate interviewing majority of the candidates and recognizing the unprecedented value of their knowledge, experience and success grew the idea and execution of our coaching platform.  Our coaching community became the perfect hub for our listeners and those alike to visit, connect, contribute, seek and identify a strategic partner and practitioners with success that can help elevate their results in areas of greatest need.  What I’ve found true is that most winners in business have an abundant mindset and thrive from sharing value with others, AllMindset.com gives us a platform to do so. 

FMM: What can we expect in your upcoming podcast, Disruptive Innovation.

The only thing that is consistent is change and for this reason to stay relevant one needs to continue innovating.  This same philosophy applies to our mindset. My goal along with our interviewed guests is to create new market opportunities and value networks.  You can hear us on every major podcast outlet including but not limited to Spotify, iHeart, iTunes, and Google Play.

FMM: Tell us about the Millennials Leadership Network.  

Globally, we are 2.3 billion strong, that’s what I call strength in numbers.  Millennials lead, it’s that simple. 3 of 4 workers will be millennials by 2025.  The MLN is all about connecting with the right leaders in the right space that benefits a mutual relationship.  However, unlike previous generations, millennials build relationships with much greater, quicker, advantaged communication through social media.  We’ve truly defined the phrase, “Global is the new local.”
